Wholly H2O provides a unique and indispensable service to water management in California. We fill in significant, existing gaps in research, education and policy development in the state. In alignment with the federal Clean Water Act and the CA Water Conservation Act of 2009, we are 100% focused on water conservation combined with practical, safe, legal and ethical water use and reuse.
Education and Outreach
Changing our policies and practices to turn more towards water conservation and reuse is non-negotiable in California.
